The Challenge

Sales are down due to Covid19 + detour of street construction discouraged the mall visitors. Villaggio challenge was to survive during the hard times and the severe competition in online ordering and social media presence.

The Project

Customer-product research conducted to gain true insights and understand behavior of target audiences and their pizza taste preferences.

Worked closely with the restaurant’s chef to develop the pizza types and come up with a new concept considered as a lead magnet to get attention of audiences.

New rebranding conducted with fresh photography and videography content in an attractive theme for the menu and branding.

Introduced Pizza Mansaf on social media with a low social media advertising budget only. Got the media attention including Al Arabia TV, Al Mamlaka TV, Sout Algad radio and many more media channels!

Social media influences talked about it and have given a positive feedback to their fans and followers.
We developed a very useful website + eMenu created where customers order directly online.

We created designs and printable including a new printed menu with highlights on the new items including the Pizza Mansaf and Star Pizza.



The Results

Brand exposure and reach on social media reached over 10 million people not only in Jordan also all over the Arab region.

Sales increased by around 67% due to the strong awareness created to pizza lovers who never heard about the restaurant.

New customers got aware about other pizza flavors and became regular customers.
